Hi all, the Professionalism and Commissions module at Lincoln University Illustration BA (Hons) arms our students with the knowledge they will need to survive as an illustrator in the industry: business and tax advice, intellectual property and contracts, what to charge and how to contact clients. The projects within it are also designed to be outward looking, away from life at university and forward into the life of a professional illustrator. Projects this year have included a self promotion campaign, a live brief from Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust exclusively for our level 3 students and a range of competitions for the students to select from and enter.
Below are some examples of our level 3 students work that shows them engaging with the industry, pushing their particular styles forward and creating some truly attention grabbing illustration.
