Kerenza Lings has completed work decorating a Lincoln Imp that is on display around the city on the Lincoln Imp trail. The Lincoln Imp Trail is the third such trail following the Baron Trail and the Knight Trail which involves decorated statues placed around the city for people to engage with and discover. It not only promotes our beautiful city but showcases our creative talent.
Kerenza has worked her design around the natural beauty of our city, linking the air with the water through Red Arrows streamers and using her excellent design sensibilities to weave engaging characters, surface pattern, watery reflections of the sky, negative space and vivid movement into a successful cohesive whole.
If you’re on the trail look out for Kerenza’s imp! I’m not telling you where it is, that’d be cheating.
